My signature massage treatment is a blend of the following modalities which include Swedish, Hot Stone, Medical Massage, Contemporary & Advanced cupping technique, Neuromuscular Cupping, Myofascial Release (MFR), and Trigger-Point Therapy. Sessions are custom tailored to address specific problem areas which vary depending on your specific treatment goals as a client.

Due to popular demand and my passion to deliver the highest quality massage therapy experiences, our sessions are now exclusively 90 and 120 minutes. Please note that 60-minute sessions are no longer available starting November 1, 2022. (Any previously booked 60 minute massage or gift certificate will of course be honored)

Our Yin Yoga sequence along with guided meditations, sound healing music, and energy work can help balance our chakra system leading to a positive, calmer, and more balanced emotional state.

60 minutes of rejuvenating, re-energizing, and restoring the body, mind, and spirit by laying completely relaxed in poses with no muscular effort. Each pose will be held for 5-10 minutes to allow for deep relaxation. Guided meditation to assist you into a more focused relaxation. Optional sound bowls.
This therapy is a combination of cupping and stretches held for 3-5 minutes to facilitate myofascial release. During your private session, cups are placed on the body in strategic areas while poses are held for maximum benefits. It is recommended that you wear a tank top or sports bra and stretchy shorts to allow for cupping placement.

This is a 60 minute private yoga session. A combination of proven modalities, 30 minute hatha sequence focusing on fascial hydration and health combined with a 30 minute hands-on MFR while in Yin yoga poses fusing the healing
powers of yoga and Myofascial Release (MFR).

This 90 minute session starts with the healing pressure of massage balls in the shoulder and upper back followed by a Yin Yoga sequence.
During this subtle practice, Yin Yoga poses are combined with foam rolling for your lower legs. This is great for managing plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, shin splints, muscle cramps around the lower leg area, and for alleviating tight calves. This is a 60 minute session.

Self massage with ball rolling in hips and lower back followed by a Yin Yoga sequence. Typically, these disciplines are scheduled for 60 minute sessions. Upgrade to our 90 minute routine to include the upper back muscle region.

Friendscapes are mindful escapes that you and a friend can enjoy together. These are 90 minutes or 2 hours in length. Friendscapes will happen several times a year with different themes to help bring more flexibility to the body, transform our mind to calmness, and renew our spirit.
Mindful Escapes are on hold and will happen again in the future. These mini retreats are 3-4 hour group sessions that allow you to let the day to day stress go while you nourish and replenish yourself. Indulge in rejuvenating your body, mind, and spirit through a combination of gentle Hatha, yin, restorative, and qigong infused yoga, meditation, energy and sound healing.
