Yoga Therapy

Learn techniques to manage your emotional and physical conditions!

 Yoga Therapy: Personalized Support for Body & Mind


Yoga Therapy offers gentle, one-on-one sessions designed to support specific physical or emotional concerns. Together, we create a personalized plan you can easily use at home—often a simple 20-minute routine, 4–5 days a week.


Sessions may include therapeutic movement, breathwork, meditation, nervous-system regulation, and simple lifestyle suggestions—all tailored to your unique needs.


Yoga Therapy is typically a 6–8 session journey over several months, with the goal of helping you feel more at ease, supported, and empowered in your own body. It can help with conditions such as stress, anxiety, chronic pain, pelvic floor concerns, perimenopause and menopause symptoms, injury recovery, and more.


This practice will not teach a religion and can be used by anyone, regardless of beliefs. The focus is on calming the nervous system, improving mobility and strength, easing discomfort, and building tools you can use in daily life.


✨ Please note: Yoga Therapy is a gentle, supportive process—not a quick fix. Consistent home practice is an important part of creating lasting results.
